Industry clusters are groups of businesses and other
organizations related by industry activities.
Humboldt County has nine base industry clusters that export goods and
services and import dollars from customers outside of the County.
The nine base industry cluster are the foundation for Prosperity! The North Coast
Strategy (the County's comprehensive economic development strategy).
The following PDF files are the base industry workplans developed by representatives
working in the respective industries.
All of these documents are in continual development and are considered
DRAFTS.
