With recent stops and starts in universal health care, with insurance costs that just jumped again, with the challenges facing health care in a rural area, what comes next for small businesses with local health care concerns?

The Panel:
Joe Mark is CEO of St. Joseph’s hospital. First as a consultant and then as CEO, he has succeeded to an amazing degree in turning around the fortunes of this key North Coast institution. Mr. Mark has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Herb K. Schultz serves as a senior advisor to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. His duties in the administration have included advising on the subject of health care reform.
Bob Ulibarri is Senior Environment and Policy Planner with Winzler & Kelly Consulting Engineers. He recently sat on a blue ribbon committee exploring the company’s health care options and alternatives.
